Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre prestigieux client : A very important multinational operating in Fast moving consumer goods, is recruiting Assistant Brand Manager Morocco .
Missions
• Build continuously local understanding of consumers trends and particular issues related to the brand itself
• Regularly use market data and research findings to secure a truly consumer-led vision and strategy Brand audit: annual structure review of core data business performance, brand health and competitive context
• Establish channel priorities and opportunities to bring the brand to life at the point of purchase
• Implement launch plans using funds efficiently to achieve measurable objectives and grow the business
• Ensure the follow up of marketing and trade activities
• Constantly evaluates performance of national support activities and in-store implementation against measurable objectives
• Track market trends and competitors activities
• Managing resources and making adjustments to deliver Annual plans and Profit targets
Profil recherché
• You have a Bac+4/5 in Marketing or Business Administration with a focus on Marketing courses from a renewed school.
• You have a 2 to 4 years of successful experience in Marketing for fast moving consumer goods ‘FMCG’ (Biens de grande consummation)
• You are very motivated, proactive, able to work well autonomously
• You have a very good team spirit, and very good communication skills
• You have a good sense of leadership
• You have a excellent command of French and at least a good command of English
• Team alignment/leadership
