Acteur majeur de l’emploi au Maroc, RH PERFORMANCE MAROC, cabinet de recrutement généraliste, opère pour les plus grandes entreprises marocaines et étrangères sur l’ensemble du territoire du Maroc.

Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre prestigieux client : Une importante multinationale opérant dans l'industrie du Tabac un Business Development Manager basé à Casablanca .

Your missions will be:

•    Manage Modern Trade and Horeca ‘Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes’ channels
•    Manage the retail Engagement Programs
•    Lead future Trade Marketing & Development business projects
•    Actively participate in the business development strategy for Morocco
•    Identify and maximize business opportunities of mutual benefit to the company and its partners
•    Ensure increased expansion and promotion of the company’s brand and servicesDevelop, implement and achieve business plans and budgets management
•    Work closely with the other departments (sales, marketing, operations) to promote the company’s products
•    Make sure that all materials are produced and distributed to agreed specifications and in line with budgets set
•    Prepare performance reports for the country
•    Assist in the organization and participation of exhibitions, fairs and other community events

Profil recherché

•    You have a Bac +4/5 from a business School/university
•    You have 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales management and/or Business development for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG: Biens de grande consommation) preferably in a multinational environment, and have previously worked as  Key Account / Organized trade management, Horeca channels or "on trade" management experience and Trade Marketing management
•    You have successfully managed a team (office and field)
•    You have strong analytical skills
•    You are a  good communicator and negotiator
•    You have an excellent mastery of French, a good mastery of English (needed for presentations, emails, conference calls …), and Arabic
•    You have excellent organizational, project management  and problem solving skills
