Acteur majeur de l’emploi au Maroc, RH PERFORMANCE MAROC, cabinet de recrutement généraliste, opère pour les plus grandes entreprises marocaines et étrangères sur l’ensemble du territoire du Maroc.
Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre prestigieux client : Une importante multinationale opérant dans l'industrie du Tabac un Brand Manager
Missions:
• Manage two key brands in Morocco and promote successfully the products
• Explore different marketing strategies and directly contact retailers to convince them to carry the brand
• Develop, implement and evaluate local campaigns and work closely with sales departments and agencies in Morocco
• Meet with product developers, sales personnel, copywriters to make sure that every aspect of production, distribution, and marketing is aligned with the company’s objectives and standards
• Analyze the successes and shortcomings of previous campaigns to determine better ways to promote the products of the company.
• Assist in planning, conceiving, developing, implementing and evaluating regionalcampaigns.
• Conduct market research to determine how and where to promote the products and closely analyze retail trends and consumer behavior.
Profil recherché
• You have a Bachelor/Master degree with a specialization in Marketing
• You have 5-8 years of experience in Marketing for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG: Biens de grande consommation) preferably in a multinational environment.
• You have proven record in Brand Management, consumer research, brand P&L management, and trade Marketing management
• An experience in highly regulated products categories is a plus
• You have successfully managed a team (office and field)
• You have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• You have a very good command of French, English and Arabic
